The Wientjens Break Tank allows you optimally manage storage of tempered fresh water for your process thanks to its intelligent controls.
Water feed to washers
The Break Tank feeds tempered water automatically to one or multiple washers, as required, independent of availability of warm waste water at that moment
Optimal use of heat exchanger
Intelligent controls allow fresh water to flow through the heat exchanger when warm waste water is available, so you get maximum benefit from your heat exchanger.
Practical
Crucially, the Break Tank protects your heat exchanger from water hammer created by tunnel operations. There are two Break Tank set-up options available, slim and short, to suit different laundry space requirements.
